How we install

We follow the manufacturer’s process.

Every floor is different, so every install follows that manufacturer’s written instructions.

Inspect

We check the subfloor, moisture and sun exposure, then confirm the floor fits the room.

Demo

We remove your old flooring, baseboards and door trim.

Prepare

We prepare the subfloor to the manufacturer’s requirements. On slabs, we install the vapor barrier the manufacturer calls for.

Install

We lay the floor following the manufacturer’s written installation instructions for that product.

Finish

We reinstall the baseboards and door trim.

Clean up

We clean the work area, remove the job debris and review the finished floor with you.

Our workmanship is covered for 2 years. The manufacturer’s warranty terms cover the product.
